If you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unlike yourself, therapy can help make sense of what’s happening.

You might be feeling anxious, exhausted, struggling in relationships, noticing the impact of past experiences – or simply aware that things do not feel as they used to.

I offer a grounded, thoughtful space to explore what you’re experiencing, understand yourself more deeply, and move towards meaningful change at your own pace.

Welcome

I’m Rhian, a BACP-accredited psychotherapist based in Greater Manchester, offering integrative therapy online across the UK and in person. I provide grounded, thoughtful, and experienced support to help you explore emotional difficulties, relationships, and patterns that may be affecting how you feel and cope.

You might be here because…

You feel overwhelmed, even when life looks fine on the outside.

You notice the same patterns repeating in relationships.

You feel anxious, emotionally depleted, disconnected, or unlike yourself.

You’re exhausted from holding everything together.

You’re not sure how you got here, only that something needs to change.

Sometimes, recognising that something feels wrong is enough of a starting point.

Together, we work at a pace that feels manageable, focusing on what feels most important for you.

A little more about how I work

  • Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to you. I work in an integrative, relational, and trauma-informed way, helping you understand patterns, experiences, and ways of coping in greater depth while supporting meaningful and lasting change.

  • I’m a BACP-accredited psychotherapist trained to master’s level in integrative psychotherapy, with an earlier research master’s in neuroscience. My experience includes community counselling, charity work, and supporting individuals affected by trauma and PTSD within a specialist police treatment centre.

  • Sessions are an hour and can take place in person in Bolton, Greater Manchester, or online across the UK. I offer both short-term and longer-term work, depending on your needs.

If you’d like to explore working together, you’re welcome to get in touch to book a session, arrange an initial conversation, or ask any questions.
